"All I can say is WOW! I was sorting through the various insurance sites after receiving an outrageous increase from a company i had been with for 27 years and came across State Farm. I had heard the reputation, so i went ahead and submitted a request for a quote. The stars aligned, Adam Cox out of the Fuquey Office contacted me almost immediately. I told him my frustrating situation and he was nothing but assuring and positive. He knew this wasn't easy for me after 27 years with the same company. Very soon the quotes came in. Seriously, I had to look at them twice. Not only did I recoup the increase my old company threw me, Adam saved me even MORE. Looks like I found my forever insurance company. Adam's a keeper...you hear me State Farm? Love the fair pricing and the amazng customer service. Thank you for making the transition seamless."

"Adam Cox has been very and efficient with regard 2 setting up home and auto insurance policies with us -- He has also been very helpful by offering 2 set up extra meetings to explain our policies line by line if we like, He has provided us info on other types of policies for other aspects of our life quickly and efficiently. "I had problems with my car insurance since for opver a month. The agent that was supposed to over my account was never available to helping me. Every time I called I would get Christin Guevara. She was very frienldly and very helpful. with her help I was able to get my car insurance straightened out. She helped me pay my payments for the next six months and also sent me a temporary card until I recieved my new card. She relived from mea lot of stress and anxiety. I wish more agents were like her. She realy cares."

"Mr. Wyatt & this agency has been great from the jump. He has good communication, quick to respond to emails (I have social phobia so for him to go above and beyond to use my preferred contact is a plus), willing to help with any other insurance such as renters insurance to look for a deal than I currently have, and he was able to find me an even better deal than previously quoted on car insurance so my policy was less before my first month was up! This agency is definitely my go to for insurance from now on."

"I recently worked with Wyatt at Clay Hamilton State Farm, and I’m so grateful I found him. We were under a serious time crunch to find new homeowner’s insurance after discovering our previous company had been overcharging us—and their only response was, “It is what it is.” The night before our old policy was set to lapse, I was frantically gathering quotes and shopping around. First thing the next morning, Wyatt texted me to say he had worked up the quotes. I asked him to call me right away—it was 7:30 a.m. Even though I’m sure those aren’t standard business hours, he called as soon as he could and walked me through everything. "I'm surprise honestly to see good reviews. Adam is nice for sure but he doesn't know what he is doing nor any of this Agency staff. I can certainly post my conversation vía email him assuring me everything was fine with my car insurance. They have been charging me monthly payments and today they told me my policy was cancelled May 10th. No response to my messages for the past 20 days. Make sure you check if your policies are active because they will charge you but then you are left with no coverage."
